The first visit for newborns should take place three to five days after birth. Before scheduling a well-child visit for older children, we will require medical records. You can call us to set up an appointment.

Growing up comes with colds, scrapes, and bruises. Most illnesses do not necessitate more than bed rest, fluids, and, if necessary, fever and pain medications to help the child feel more at ease as the cold progresses. Horizon Medical Clinic also offers immediate care.

Immunizations are a series of shots given to children at various ages to protect them from serious, potentially fatal diseases that affect children. The best way to help keep your child safe from diseases that could kill them is to ensure they get their shots when they are supposed to. We provide different vaccinations for children. If you’re nervous about getting vaccinated, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our office.

We acknowledge that you may miss an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Please give our office a notice in advance if this occurs. Your appointment will be rescheduled as soon as possible by our scheduling coordinators.

  • 3 years
  • 4 years

And once every year after that for an annual health supervision visit that includes a physical exam and an assessment of the child’s development, behavior, and learning.
